Event Registration

Pilot Registration

Pilot Registration will be at the Alpine Community Centre 
Saturday 17th February 2018 -  8:00am to 1:00pm & 4:00pm to 6:30pm 

All relevant Pilot required registration documents will be reviewed including:

  • current NEVHGC membership
  • current HGFA memberships
  • valid pilot S&R insurance
  • medical repatriation insurance details

Please bring relevant insurance documentation.

Please also bring your flight instruments to registration, ensuring we can :

  • register your instruments with our system
  • upload the latest version of waypoints

A3 Maps showing airspace & waypoint positions will be freely available at Registration. 

Compulsory Pilot Briefing

A COMPULSORY pilot briefing will be on Saturday 17th February 2018 7:45am

Competitors will be provided with:

  • pilot id cards
  • local information
  • official maps
  • pilots packs

Digital airspace and waypoint downloads will be available, however, please download from the website beforehand to save time and check your instruments.

Official FM Live Tracking units will be distributed on launch prior to tasking.
